Professional development in the quality area **Company:** Montero Alimentación **Location:** Andalusian Technology Park **Sector:** Food / Dairy Industry **Working Hours:** Full-time Job Description At Montero Alimentación, we are looking to hire a **Quality Technician** for our dairy dessert manufacturing plant located at the Campanillas Technology Park. The selected candidate will join the quality department and actively participate in supervising production processes and maintaining the company’s food safety and quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Daily supervision and control on the production floor. * Document management and control. * Monitoring and control of Prerequisites, HACCP, IFS, and BRC. * Control of BPHM. * Conducting quality checks and verifications. * Work in the microbiological laboratory. * Microbiological analysis of surfaces and environment. * Support during internal and external audits. Minimum Requirements * Proven experience in IFS and BRC document management is mandatory. * Knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP. * Technical education related to Quality, Food Industry, Laboratory, or similar fields. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in the food industry, especially in the dairy sector. * Knowledge of food microbiology. * Experience in production environments.
