Good working atmosphere At Coral Beach, Les Bassetes, we are seeking a responsible person to manage our outdoor bar. The position involves independently handling cocktail, ice cream, and dessert service, ensuring order, cleanliness, and prompt customer service. This is a key position during service, as this bar operates as an independent unit within the restaurant. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and service of cocktails (e.g., classic mixed drinks and house specialties). * Preparation and service of ice cream and desserts. * Organization and restocking of products at the bar. * Basic stock control and communication of requirements. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the area during and after service. * Occasional support in other tasks if required by service demands. **Requirements** * Prior experience at a bar or in mixology (preferred). * Agility and ability to work independently. * Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Basic knowledge of mixology will be valued. **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Work at an established restaurant on the first line of the sea. * Good working atmosphere. * Possibility of continuation based on performance.
