The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and proper operation of heavy machinery and equipment used on construction sites, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety in every intervention. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and construction equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in machinery. * Repair and replace defective components to ensure proper equipment operation. * Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures and optimize machinery performance. * Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and machinery usage standards. * Collaborate with site and logistics teams to guarantee equipment availability. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and with work tools. **Requirements:** * Training in heavy machinery mechanics, electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a mechanic for construction, agricultural, or industrial machinery. * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve equipment failures. * Flexibility to work according to project requirements. * Commitment to occupational safety and equipment care. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer:** * Immediate integration into an established company within the sector. * Continuous working hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Stable contract with opportunities for internal growth. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Positive work environment and committed team.
