Responsibilities include warehouse management—handling, moving, and organizing raw materials—as well as maintaining cleanliness and order across facilities, using specialized machinery such as industrial sweepers to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Your role will be fundamental in the preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant and its machinery, collaborating with and learning from more experienced technicians. Prior experience in industrial environments and basic maintenance tasks is valued. The company will provide training for operating equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders, thereby expanding your skill set. We seek a proactive individual eager to learn and grow. A permanent contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 21\.000 euros. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00, with summer hours from 7:00 to 15:00\. Occasional overtime is contemplated. There is potential to transition to a two-shift system and to become an official mechanic within the organization. Medium-level Vocational Training in Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field. Experience in industrial environments and basic maintenance is valued. Residency in Avilés or proximity to the workplace is preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks. Responsibility and attention to detail.
