Daily duties include supervising both restaurant service and hotel room service, as well as ensuring dining room maintenance and cleanliness. The role also involves overseeing and evaluating the staff under supervision. Previous experience as a supervisor in the food service or hospitality industry is required, demonstrating organizational ability and leadership skills. This is a temporary six-month contract with possible extension, full-time shift work, and salary according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement.
