MemorableExperiencies Gym located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood of Barcelona is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and sports-passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Room Motivator. We seek someone with a positive attitude, active presence in the gym, and the ability to motivate, create a welcoming atmosphere, and support our members’ progress. If you identify with sports values, enjoy teamwork, and seek professional growth within a forward-looking project, we want to meet you! \- Motivate and energize the fitness area, creating an inspiring, approachable, and positive atmosphere for users. \- Maintain an active and visible presence across all gym areas. \- Advise and accompany members in correctly performing exercises, ensuring safety and training effectiveness. \- Convey energy, proactive attitude, and values aligned with sports and healthy lifestyles. \- Design and adapt basic training routines according to each individual’s needs and goals. \- Lead group classes, encouraging participation and group dynamism. \- Enhance member retention through close, personalized attention. \- Manage new member registrations in the system on an as-needed basis, following company-provided training and established protocols. \- Demonstrate commitment to the gym’s project and willingness for professional growth, including internal promotion opportunities upon opening of new centers. \- Collaborate with the team to maintain facility order, cleanliness, and overall smooth operation. * 2 years of experience. Experience in gym floor operations and/or led activities. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Ability to motivate and energize groups. \- Energetic, proactive profile with strong customer-oriented attitude. \- Versatility and willingness to collaborate across various center areas. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1580 * Other relevant information: Incentives
