Focus on skills in leveling, alignment, and use of various tools We seek an experienced mason based in Vegas del Genil. Your responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints and setting out construction sites, preparing and applying mortars, concrete, and plasters. You will erect walls using various materials, perform plastering, rendering, tiling, flooring, and pavement installation. You will also carry out chasing, small auxiliary installations, plasterboard installation, and basic drywall work. Experience in housing development construction, proficiency with tools such as levels (manual and laser), plumb bobs, squares, rulers, and tape measures, as well as material calculation, will be highly valued. Essential skills include precise leveling and alignment of walls and floors, use of hand tools (trowel, float, hammer, cold chisel), angle grinder, ceramic tile cutter, concrete mixer, basic scaffolding assembly, and construction power tools. Knowledge and application of basic safety regulations and safe working at height are also important. You must maintain order and cleanliness on site, organize laborers’ work, supervise proper execution, and resolve issues. Candidates must be able to work autonomously, possess prior experience in construction and civil works, and hold a valid work permit for Spain. Immediate availability, valid certifications and licenses, driver’s license, and personal vehicle are required. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby. The position is a full-time temporary contract.
