




Job Summary: Responsible for the accounting and finance department of a renovation company, managing accounting, taxation, financial closings, treasury, and cost control per project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and finance. 2. Cost control per project and project-based invoicing. 3. Support during audits and margin review. Responsible for the accounting and finance department of a renovation and maintenance company serving homeowners' associations. Daily Accounting * Recording of issued and received invoices. * Bank reconciliations. * Collection and payment tracking. * Supplier management. Taxation * Preparation and filing of **VAT returns (Forms 303, 390)**. * Income tax withholdings (**Forms 111, 190**). * Form 347. * Support regarding Corporate Income Tax. Financial Closings and Control * Monthly and annual closings. * Preparation of balance sheets and income statements. * Variance analysis. * Audit support, if applicable. Treasury * Cash flow forecasting. * Monitoring of overdue payments. * Management of insurance policies or financing. Specifically: * Cost control per project. * Project-based invoicing. * Review of actual versus budgeted margins. * Coordination with construction and administration teams.
