We are looking for someone with experience in Spanish cuisine, eager to learn and innovate. We value good hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork. Proficiency in English or French is appreciated but not mandatory. We work from Tuesday to Saturday; our kitchen remains open from 12:00 to 21:30, though working hours may vary depending on the day of the week and/or restaurant attendance. We are located in the center of Málaga. We offer one meal per day and weekly tips. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: AGE: 24 to 36 years old. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years as Head Chef or in similar positions. A practical test must be conducted prior to hiring. We do not hire without a prior test. Academic knowledge of hygiene standards, food preservation, and cleaning of work equipment.
