Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to perform thorough cleaning of furniture, floors, bathrooms, dining areas, and common areas, operating specialized equipment. Key Points: 1. Thorough cleaning of various areas and furniture. 2. Operation of specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers and polishers. 3. Full-time position with flexible working hours. Cleaning staff are required in Avilés (Asturias). Main duties will include thorough cleaning of furniture, floors, bathrooms, dining areas, and all common areas. Operation of specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and polishers will be required. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% is mandatory. In addition, candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting and full availability during both morning and afternoon shifts. The contract is temporary, intended to cover absences due to substitution. A full-time schedule with flexible hours between 8:00 and 19:00, including a midday break, will be offered. The gross monthly salary will be €1380.
