




Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef for menu preparation, inventory control, order management, and maintenance of the work area. Highlights: 1. Dish preparation and HACCP management A campsite located in Calonge needs to hire 10 chefs to cover restaurant services during the high season. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required, along with a Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Catering and a food handling certificate. A temporary contract from April to September is offered, with full-time hours and intensive shifts in various time slots: morning shift from 8:00 to 16:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, or split shifts according to service needs. The salary is €1443.05. Free on-site accommodation is provided for those who require it. Preparation of menu and staff meal items. Inventory control and goods receipt. Menu development, order management, warehouse operations, and stock control. HACCP and waste management. Verification of stock levels and food quality. Preparation of dishes assigned to your area.
