WAITER/WAITRESS (DINING ROOM AND TERRACE) Noctis Hotel | Finca San Marcos – Soria At Grupo Noctis, we seek a specialized dining room professional with a strong service orientation, capable of operating with elegance and precision both indoors and on the terrace or outdoors. At Noctis, we understand that each service is a meticulously crafted experience: rhythm, aesthetics, environment, and personalized attention. From our flagship hotel in Soria, you will join a rapidly expanding national boutique project where excellence is the standard. Position Mission To guarantee impeccable service in the dining room, on the terrace, and in outdoor areas, delivering a seamless, elegant, and Noctis-aligned experience in every guest interaction. Main Responsibilities * Execution of service in the dining room, on the terrace, and in outdoor areas (events, weddings, daily service). * Preparation and maintenance of mise en place before, during, and after service. * Beverage service: wines, coffee, and basic cocktails, following established protocols. * Time management and coordination with the kitchen to ensure operational fluidity. * Setup and breakdown of spaces according to service or event type. * Supervision of order, cleanliness, and condition of dining room equipment. * Professional, approachable, and discreet guest service in high-end environments. Candidate Profile * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in dining room service, preferably in gastronomic restaurants or premium hospitality. * Knowledge of service protocol and basic wine concepts. * Ability to adapt to diverse environments (indoor, terrace, outdoor). * Agility, organizational skills, and stamina for high-paced service. * Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude. * Detail-oriented mindset and genuine service vocation. * Personal vehicle required (location is 10 minutes from Soria).
