Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide direct support in home settings, delivering personal assistance, household maintenance, mobility support, and accompaniment during activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide direct home-based support to dependent individuals. 2. Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding. 3. Participate in leisure activities and accompany individuals outside the home. We are looking for a person to deliver direct home-based support. Specific training is essential, such as the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Support for Dependent Individuals in Home or Social Institution Settings, or equivalent qualifications such as Nursing Assistant Technician or Socio-Healthcare Technician. At least one year of prior experience performing similar tasks will be considered favorably. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and feeding, and maintaining basic household order and cleanliness, including meal preparation. Additionally, duties encompass user mobility and transfers within the home, support during rest periods and postural changes, and participation in leisure activities adapted to the home environment. Accompaniment outside the home for errands or walks will also be provided. The position is part-time, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, and the contract type is temporary.
