We operate in the entertainment and hospitality sector. **Job Description** As an Administrative and Accounting Assistant at RECREATIVOS PORTAS SL, you will be responsible for carrying out daily administrative and accounting tasks. These include: * Invoice management * General administrative assistance and use of accounting software. * Bank reconciliations * Inventory control and shrinkage monitoring across various hospitality businesses * Document filing * This is a full-time, on-site position at our headquarters in Vigo. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative and accounting assistant * Knowledge of ICG Manager software (hospitality) is desirable Teamwork ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills will be valued.
