Opportunity for professional growth within the company **At Motiva CO**, a company specializing in **comprehensive renovations of commercial and residential spaces**, we are looking to hire a **Renovation Manager** with experience in construction site management and construction project management, particularly in renovation works. This position is open to candidates with backgrounds in **Architecture** or **Civil Engineering**, with proven on-site experience and the ability to lead projects from inception to final handover. We seek a professional experienced in **renovation execution**, leading on-site construction teams, directly interacting with clients, and managing the technical and financial aspects of projects. Experience in **residential and/or commercial renovation works**, as well as in **on-site technical management**, will be highly valued. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing residential and commercial premises renovation projects. * Ability to coordinate renovation projects from initial proposal through to final delivery. * Knowledge of preparing **budgets**, **quantities take-offs**, and **construction scheduling**. * Experience in **managing on-site work teams and suppliers**. * Familiarity with urban planning regulations and technical construction standards. * Skills to resolve on-site unforeseen issues and anticipate technical solutions. * Experience in **customer service**, technical site visits, and post-sales follow-up. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on achieving results. **Responsibilities:** * **End-to-end renovation management**: planning, execution, supervision, and closure of residential and commercial projects. * **Budget preparation and financial control**: ensuring projects remain within established margins (minimum 32% profit margin on budget). * Continuous on-site supervision: quality control, daily/weekly monitoring, schedule adherence. * Coordination of internal team members. * Preparation and review of technical documentation, working drawings, and construction details. * Direct client communication throughout the entire process: from sales to handover. * **Management of internal team** (3 people) and resolution of on-site incidents. * Maintenance of an up-to-date **site logbook** and coordination of project documentation. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company with a dynamic team. * Stable projects with private and commercial clients. * Opportunity for professional growth within the company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and competencies.
