We are currently seeking to **hire** a **Technical Office Technician** in **Málaga**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Initial review and analysis of projects * Technical coordination with other departments * Preparation and updating of documentation * Optimization of construction solutions * Document quality control * Technical support during execution * Liaison with external stakeholders * Monitoring of deadlines and processes **We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering (preferably). * Between **3 and 5 years** of experience in technical offices, architectural studios, or construction companies. * Knowledge of project analysis, measurements, budgeting, and document review.
