Currently, **Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras** is seeking to hire a Junior Production Manager based in Mijas. **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Control and supervise production lines throughout the entire construction process: perform daily progress reviews and identify potential incidents or delays in schedules. * Carry out measurements and supervise subcontractor measurements. * Coordinate and supervise human, technical, and material resources on site. * Manage and organize materials and auxiliary resources necessary for the proper functioning of the project. * Assist in monitoring health and safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Support the Contract Manager in achieving established project goals: economic performance optimization and client satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. **We are looking for candidates with the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree in Building Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Geographic mobility at national and international levels. * Professional certifications and postgraduate studies in related fields will be positively valued.
