




Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to configure, maintain, and manage POS systems and menus, ensuring data integrity and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in the restaurant sector **Responsibilities** * Configure, update, and maintain menu structure within the POS system. * Manage prices, descriptions, categories, and promotions in menus. * Ensure correct product display and availability across all channels (POS, kiosks, delivery, etc.). * Guarantee proper synchronization between the POS and other systems. * Validate data integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies. * Provide support to internal users and operational teams. * Document procedures and train staff on POS system usage and menu management. * Conduct functional testing following menu changes or POS updates. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards. * Analyze recurring incidents and propose process and configuration improvements. * Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to optimize customer experience and system efficiency. **What We’re Looking For** * Degree in Computer Science or related field * Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus * Strong organizational skills and communication abilities * Advanced level of English is a plus. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing multinational group owning leading restaurant brands. * Private health and life insurance after three months. * 25% discount across all our brands. * Flexible compensation package. * Access to Wellhub and Gofluent.
