




### **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will join the Marketing and Communications team, responsible for coordinating Abante’s online presence and positioning, managing digital campaigns, social media, marketing automation, and analytics—with the goal of driving demand generation, customer development, and enhancing the digital experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Management and evolution of corporate websites: maintenance, content updates, and SEO optimization (WordPress). * Digital campaigns: design, execution, and monitoring of campaigns across digital media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). * Social media: content planning, post management, and performance analysis. * Monitoring and optimization of Abante’s digital brand positioning. * Design and execution of digital initiatives and marketing automation for lead acquisition, conversion, and retention (forms, workflows, dynamic content, audience segmentation, newsletters, etc.). * Digital analytics: definition and tracking of KPIs, report generation, and improvement proposals. * Strategic coordination: ensuring alignment with the global team and with paid campaigns or other communication activities. ### **We’re looking for…** * Prior experience (4–7 years) in digital marketing. * Practical knowledge of: + Advanced website management and optimization. + SEO/GEO strategy design and optimization. + Email marketing automation. + Digital campaign execution. + AI-powered tools for content editing and management, marketing process automation, and analytics. + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools. + In-depth understanding of various digital channels and their strategic application. * Experience and capability in project and vendor management (web developers, agencies, media partners, etc.). * Familiarity with tools in our technology ecosystem is a plus: + WordPress + Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud (Marketing Engagement), and Experience Cloud. + Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Power BI. ### **What we offer you:** * Permanent contract * Professional career development plan * Training program * Health insurance * Personal training sessions twice per week * 24 vacation days + December 24th and/or December 31st * Flexible compensation
