We show you here in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Store Customer Relationship Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience before, during, and after their store visit—regarding payment and across all existing communication channels—by leveraging knowledge of, and providing access to, a comprehensive portfolio of high-level personalized services defined by the Services Directorate. They know the data for each service and promote its use, pursuing objectives established in the action plan set by the Customer Relationship Leader (CRL). They maintain continuous contact with customers, allowing them to identify key areas for improvement. Together with the CRL, they propose action plans to the rest of the store team. They are responsible for planning and organizing the day-to-day activities of the Customer Relationship team based on store operational needs and customer flow. They drive the various in-store payment services, facilitating customer autonomy while aligning with company-wide strategy and ensuring agile customer collections. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinates their team to ensure an excellent welcome (welcoming) for customers upon entering the store via first contact, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience. * Listens to customer needs using available tools at any given time—such as NPS, GMB, and RCO—and proposes, jointly with the CRL, coordinated action plans to address identified needs. * Helps coordinate the CRL in organizing the team to conduct regular exit surveys without purchase, and—where possible—provides real-time solutions to customers. * Supports the CRL in tracking action plans derived from exit surveys without purchase. **Demonstrable Requirements** * Minimum of two years’ prior professional experience is required. * Good proficiency in office productivity tools. **What We Offer** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
