Job Summary: We are seeking an MES Consultant with experience in the Central Region, oriented toward industrial process improvement, possessing technological knowledge and a desire to grow professionally into a Project Manager role. Through our P\&PD Engineering team (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for an MES Consultant with experience in the Central Region, on behalf of one of our clients headquartered in Madrid. Industry-oriented, manufacturing environments: * Industrial Processes: Machining, stamping, injection molding, boiler-making, casting, assembly, packaging. * Logistics Processes: Raw material intake, outbound shipments, and work-in-progress management. Logistics flow management. * Quality Processes: Self-inspections, flying inspections, non-conformance management. * Maintenance Processes: Industrial maintenance focused on equipment availability and efficiency. * Management Processes: ERP landscape. MRP, planning, product structures, routings, materials, MES, MOM… Process improvement-oriented: * LEAN knowledge for industrial process improvement: Traceability, scrap, work-in-progress, OEE calculation, and other LEAN KPIs. Technology- and trend-oriented: * SQL knowledge including stored procedures, and familiarity with PLC communication standards (Siemens S71200\), OPC. * Related knowledge areas: Industry 4\.0, Collaborative Robotics, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence \& Analytics, Machine Learning, FingerPrint, among others. Desired Skills: Excellent resource and project management capabilities Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek a candidate aiming for professional growth into a Project Manager role, leading teams. Candidates with 2–6 years of experience are also welcome.
