Job Summary: We are seeking an Estimator and Site Technician to provide technical and economic support to customers, prepare estimates, and specify construction materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and economic support to professional customers. 2. Active participation in the specification of construction materials. 3. Collaboration with teams and suppliers to develop efficient technical solutions. We are looking for an Estimator and Site Technician with experience to join our team in Seville. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and economic support to our professional customers. This includes preparing detailed and realistic estimates for both new construction and renovation projects. Within your responsibilities, you will actively participate in the appropriate specification of construction materials, covering structural elements and masonry, as well as insulation, roofing, construction systems, and finishes. Additionally, you will support the commercial team in managing operations requiring higher technical complexity. You will be responsible for analyzing projects, drawings, and technical specifications, and advising builders, renovators, technicians, and developers. You will also collaborate with the store team, coordinating with procurement and suppliers to propose efficient, cost-effective technical solutions that comply with regulations and established deadlines. Required Education **Technical education in:** Building Surveying Construction Engineering Civil Works / Construction Vocational Training (FP) or equivalent technical education Specific training in quantity surveying and estimating, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Presto, Arquímedes, or similar software is desirable. Experience and Knowledge **Prior experience in:** Construction (execution, site management, technical office, or design studio). Preparation of estimates and quantity take-offs. **Practical knowledge of:** Construction materials. Construction phases in new builds and renovations. Costs, productivity rates, and construction solutions. Experience in a construction warehouse or materials distribution is desirable.
