You will ensure effective resolution of incidents related to accommodation bookings, transfers, and other services, guaranteeing high-quality customer service and contributing to the proper functioning of the operations area. ***What will be your responsibilities?*** * Manage daily customer and supplier requests and inquiries regarding bookings. * Resolve incidents related to accommodation bookings, transfers, and other services. * Act as liaison with various internal business areas. * Coordinate with external suppliers to properly manage contracted services. * Escalate incidents when necessary, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
