A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience and a strong desire for professional growth. ### **Requirements** Technical competencies: Diagnosis and analysis of failures in industrial equipment. Execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Use of manual, electric, and specialized tools and equipment. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and manuals. Management of spare parts and tools. Strict adherence to industrial safety standards. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Knowledge of IT tools and SCADA systems. Interpersonal skills: Collaborative work with operators, supervisors, and external companies. Clear and effective communication, especially in critical situations. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environments. Responsibility and reliability. Autonomy and proactivity. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Organization and planning skills. Adaptability and a mindset oriented toward continuous learning. Required education: Vocational training programs in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, or industrial automation. Training in basic safety, forklift operation, elevated work platforms, and working at height. Additional training in preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated systems, and electrical systems is desirable. Basic English proficiency.
