This is a unique opportunity to join a team operating in high-tech, prestigious environments. Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of various installations, following established scheduling. Work areas include: Low Voltage HVAC (Natural Gas Boilers, Water Chillers, VRV Systems, etc.) Minor tasks related to Legionella Main Responsibilities: * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance of installations to ensure optimal operation. * Scope: Low Voltage, HVAC (Natural Gas Boilers, Water Chillers, VRV Systems), and minor tasks related to Legionella. * Diagnosis and repair of faults in HVAC and electrical systems. * Coordination and leadership of a team of first-level technicians, providing technical support. * Incident management via the GMAO system. * Development and execution of the preventive maintenance plan for installations. * Supervision of work performed by subcontracted vendors, ensuring quality and compliance with client procedures. * Daily inspection and review of equipment and components to guarantee proper operation. * Interpretation of refrigeration and electrical schematics. * Execution of minor repairs (locksmithing, plumbing, etc.). Minimum Requirements: * Technical education in Refrigeration and HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in installation maintenance within buildings. * Technological knowledge enabling efficient facility management. * Teamwork and leadership capabilities. * Communication skills and incident resolution abilities.
