




Full-time cook – vegan and gluten-free restaurant (central Málaga) **About us** We are *Mimo*, a small restaurant with a big mission: to prove that 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and organic cuisine can be delicious, creative, and sustainable. We work as a team, without heavy hierarchies, with mutual respect between kitchen and service staff, and great appreciation for local and seasonal ingredients. **The position** We are looking for an experienced cook who wants to join a values-driven project.
