You will support all aspects related to the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, supervising the proper operation of each outlet’s kitchen while maintaining established culinary standards and guidelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities: - Prepare forecasts, plans, and reports on outlet productivity and orders, supported by the Head Chef and Executive Chef. - Keep menu pricing and documentation for all dishes up to date and accurate. - Train the entire team according to regulations and ensure they have appropriate training and tools. - Promote teamwork and service quality through daily communication and coordination with other departments. - Collect guest feedback to improve food quality and presentation, and assist in resolving guests’ questions and issues related to kitchen services. - Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, ordering, materials management, and recipe costing. - Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards. - Follow procedures to ensure food and beverage safety, proper storage, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. - Ensure all kitchen and storage equipment remains in good condition and is cleaned regularly. ### **Requirements** - Relevant education or training for the position. - Prior international experience as at least a Station Chef in a restaurant or food and beverage outlet within a hotel of similar caliber. - A positive, proactive, energetic, dynamic, and empathetic attitude, with strong teamwork skills and a passion for service. ### **Benefits Offered** · International IHG hotel rates with discounts. · Opportunities for professional growth within one of the world’s largest hospitality companies. · Training programs and access to IHG’s learning platform. · Meals during shifts. · Discount on private health insurance. · Kimpton Benefits: our exclusive employee discount platform. · A cool, fun working environment
