Position Summary: We are seeking to strengthen our kitchen team with a person responsible for preparing dishes, with experience in Galician cuisine, fish, seafood, and high-quality rice dishes, while maintaining cleanliness standards. The responsibilities of this position are as follows: * Coordination with other team members in dish preparation. * Experience in preparing Galician cuisine, fish, seafood, and high-quality rice dishes. * Compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. * Establishment and coordination of quality benchmarks focused on customer satisfaction.
