Main responsibilities include preparing traditional dishes from both culinary traditions, as well as cooking food in a tandoor oven. It will also be necessary to inspect and control kitchen materials and utensils to ensure their proper use. Previous experience in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, and proficiency in operating a tandoor oven, are required for this position. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract with full-time hours. Working days are Tuesday through Saturday, in two shifts: 13:00–17:00 and 20:00–00:00. The gross monthly salary ranges between 1\.400 and 1\.600 euros, depending on performance.
