The ability to conceive creative dishes and develop attractive menus is essential. Agility in planning and executing tasks, ensuring efficiency during peak hours, will be highly valued. Specific experience is required in producing bakery and pastry items, including handling various types of doughs and preparation methods. This includes Chinese cuisine, with emphasis on northern styles (jiaozi, baozi, handmade noodles) and southern styles (steamed buns with roasted pork, shrimp dumplings, steamed buns with liquid yolk cream). A temporary contract is offered, with working hours from 13:00 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00. The established salary is 1600 euros.
