Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a feed mill, responsible for planning, daily supervision, team management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily planning and supervision of manufacturing. 2. Management of work teams and labor loads. 3. Ensuring compliance with APPC regulations. We are looking for a person to oversee production at a feed mill located in Valdés (Asturias). Your responsibilities will include daily planning and supervision of manufacturing, management of work teams and their labor loads, as well as monitoring key production indicators. You will also ensure compliance with APPC regulations and coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Previous experience in team leadership and a medium or higher vocational qualification in industrial processes is required. Strong organizational skills are essential to perform these functions efficiently. The position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday in morning and afternoon shifts, and Saturday mornings only. Salary conditions and other benefits follow the Collective Agreement for the General Commerce Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
