Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance at a feed factory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily planning and supervision of manufacturing 2. Team and workload management 3. Ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations We are looking for a person to take charge of production at a feed factory located in Valdés (Asturias). Your responsibilities will include daily planning and supervision of manufacturing, management of work teams and their workloads, as well as monitoring key production indicators. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations and coordinating both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Previous experience in team leadership and vocational training at intermediate or higher level in industrial processes is required. Strong organizational skills are essential to perform these functions efficiently. This is a permanent full-time employment contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday on morning and afternoon shifts, and Saturday mornings only. Salary conditions and other benefits follow the Collective Agreement for the General Commerce Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
