You collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service. **Main responsibilities** Culinary production * Prepare high-quality dishes following technical recipes and established culinary standards. * Produce a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards. * Decorate and finish desserts precisely, ensuring consistent quality and an attractive appearance. * Manage on-site buffet preparation, including high-level presentation. * Supervise and maintain temperature records. * Ensure product traceability and manage stock rotation. * Guarantee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen facilities, equipment, and workstations. * Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP). * Follow and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
