We offer you the opportunity to work alongside our colleagues in the **Healthcare–Social Division in Gijón, at our healthcare/hospital facilities.** **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a highly committed collective catering chef to join our facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes. * Manage ingredient preparation, ensuring freshness and high quality. * Keep the work area clean and organized, complying with hygiene and health regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and coordinate supply orders. * Supervise and control the quality of ingredients and prepared dishes. * Ensure all dishes are attractively presented and delivered on time. * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to guarantee efficient service and meet customer needs. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract for vacation coverage, with potential for continuation. * **Rotating work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two days off, including morning and/or afternoon shifts (7/9 – 14/16; 13/15 – 20/22).** * Full-time position – 40 working hours per week. * Immediate start. * Salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. * The opportunity to join a passionate and committed team striving for excellence in every detail. * An inclusive and diverse working environment that values collaboration and respect. **If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to submit your CV.
