Your responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating the kitchen team, preparing meals adapted to specific menus and dietary regimens, and supervising orders and facility cleaning, ensuring compliance with HACCP records. Previous experience in institutional kitchens and professional training related to cooking are required. A one-year full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, including one Saturday per month. Salary will be determined according to the National Dependency Agreement.
