




You will be responsible for the detailed preparation of a wide variety of dishes, including sauces, side dishes, and desserts, always following established recipes and quality standards. Your mission will be to ensure that each dish is cooked to perfection and presented flawlessly, paying attention to every detail. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to design and plan menus, adapting them to daily, weekly, or even seasonal needs. You will coordinate, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure an efficient and productive work environment. It will be essential that you rigorously oversee the cleaning and disinfection of all work areas, as well as utensils and equipment. Your role will also involve culinary creativity, developing new recipes and exploring innovative techniques. Likewise, you will play a key role in adapting menus to reflect current gastronomic trends, seasonal changes, or special event occasions. The position offers a permanent contract with full-time hours.
