We are looking for Warehouse Assistants to join our integrated logistics team. Here, teamwork is key: you will learn from the best professionals in the sector while undergoing official training to become one of them. **Responsibilities:** * Supporting incoming and outgoing goods flow, * Preparing products for distribution * Providing general support to warehouse operations. **Requirements:** * Collaborative attitude, * Strong communication skills, and * Commitment to the training program. * No prior experience in the sector is required. **Conditions:** * Training and Apprenticeship Contract, on-site and full-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract at any time. * This contract allows you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification that certifies your competence. * Your working schedule is divided between actual on-the-job hours at the company and time dedicated to online theoretical training: * + First year: You will spend up to 65% of your maximum working hours on actual work. The remainder is allocated to online training. + Second year: Working time increases to up to 85%. * Your remuneration will be proportional to the time you actually work. According to the law: * + First year: You will earn, at minimum, 60% of the salary stipulated in the collective agreement for your professional category. + Second year: You will earn, at minimum, 75%. * In any case, your salary will never fall below the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to hours worked.
