The role also involves managing medication and supply orders to relevant healthcare departments and pharmacies. Additional responsibilities include tracking appointments with medical professionals and maintaining smooth communication with the residence physician and the primary care physician. Assessment scales must be completed and an individualized care plan developed for each resident. The contract is temporary, and working hours will be flexible, adapting to service requirements.
