At Grupo Iskaypet, we are seeking an **FP\&A Manager** within the **Finance** department who shares our purpose: **the best for animals, the best for all**, based at our **offices in Málaga.** **Requirements:** --------------- **What do we expect from you?** * Analytical skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to excellence. * Ability to provide solutions and collaborate as part of a team. * Alignment with our values. * **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing all types of business plans: feasibility studies for struggling companies, strategic plans for growing groups, financial projections for startups and developing companies, valuations of various business initiatives, etc. * Preparing financial forecasts (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows) as well as valuations derived from these projections. * Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses, preparing client presentations, company sale books, and writing reports. * Budget preparation. **What values will you find at Grupo IskayPet?** **\#AuthenticPassion:** putting heart into everything we do. **\#QualityCommitment:** always striving for excellence in every detail. **\#RealConnection:** building genuine and meaningful relationships. **\#ConstantImprovement:** moving forward towards new challenges. **We are looking for someone with:** * Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in Office suite, advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability. Profile experienced in dynamic environments handling large volumes of data. * Great capacity to contribute and create new ideas that enrich and strengthen our culture.
