Main Responsibilities: * **Administrative Support:** Document management, filing, email drafting, and general daily support to the commercial department. * **Customer Service:** First point of contact for customer inquiries (via phone and email), resolution of queries, incident management, and satisfaction follow-up. * **Data Management:** Creation, maintenance, and updating of databases, quotations, and commercial reports. * **Sales Support:** Order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with other departments. Requirements * **Languages:** English proficiency required (B2/C1 level). * **Office Software:** Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel** (data handling, formulas, tables, etc.). * **Experience:** Proven prior experience in administrative and/or customer service roles. * **Skills:** Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational ability, time management, and attention to detail. * **Attitude:** Problem-solving profile with initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
