




Job Summary: You will support assistant managers and managers by supervising staff and store standards, and managing daily processes to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales. A cooperative environment, mutual respect, diversity and equal opportunities As part of the store management team, you will support assistant managers and managers, and collaborate to maintain and improve customer service levels. You will assist in supervising all store staff while maintaining store standards. In addition, you will be responsible for certain daily management processes as directed by the store manager/assistant manager. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: **Customer Experience** * Deliver excellent service levels to customers. * Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing the best possible solution. * Ensure sales staff appearance complies with company guidelines. **Sales** * Supervise service levels to maximize store sales and achievement of targets. * Use reports to help identify key sales lines. **Visual Merchandising** * Apply visual merchandising techniques to attract, engage and motivate customers to shop in-store. * Assist in maintaining standards in the sales area. * Keep stock clean and presentable at all times. **Training & Development** * Foster team progression. * Support onboarding and training of new staff. * Assist in developing existing staff, ensuring completion of relevant evaluations. **What are we looking for?** * Experience managing teams, or at least 3 years’ experience as a Sales Assistant in retail. * Excellent time management skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. **What can we offer you?** * Flexible compensation (health insurance, transport, childcare…). * Staff discount. * Personalized development and career plans. * Continuous training. * Fixed salary plus variable pay based on sales targets.
