Available to cover service requirements as needed and to work rotating shifts at the Palma workplace. At the Control Center, we operate, control, coordinate, and supervise Medium Voltage Networks within our scope to ensure optimal safety, quality, and continuity of supply in compliance with applicable procedures and legislation. This position requires a **Training Contract**, due to the technical specialization involved in remote operation functions. During this period, the employee will receive the necessary **theoretical-practical training** to perform the role effectively. Upon completion of the contract, the company will **evaluate possible conversion to an indefinite contract**, based on performance and organizational needs. **Who will you work with?** **You will join the Control Center team to:** NETWORK OPERATION Supervise the network (alarms, telemetering, and topology) and carry out or order necessary switching operations to establish operational settings, network configuration changes, etc. DISCONNECTIONS AND SPECIAL OPERATING REGIME WORKS Review, plan, approve, or reject disconnection requests for Medium Voltage installations. Carry out or order necessary switching operations to place installations in disconnection status, hand over the Protected Zone to the Disconnection Agent, and restore service to Medium Voltage installations. Hand over Medium Voltage installations under Special Operating Regime. INCIDENT RESOLUTION AND MANAGEMENT Carry out or order switching operations required to locate faults, isolate faulty components, restore service, and activate or mobilize on-call or standby personnel. Actions during Total or Partial Blackout, coordinated with the High Voltage and Low Voltage Control Centers. Design and execute Medium and Low Voltage infrastructure projects, manage related contracts, monitor contractual performance and obligations (e.g., application of penalties, etc.). Execute emergency plans and fault management in coordination with Operations and Maintenance Areas. Carry out maintenance programs and inspections on Medium and Low Voltage networks. Perform archived activities related to customer requests. **What are the core occupational responsibilities?** Operate, control, coordinate, and supervise Medium Voltage Networks within the assigned scope to maintain optimal safety, quality, and continuity of supply in accordance with applicable procedures and legislation. **What will your responsibilities be?** Perform Medium Voltage Network operations according to established procedures. Maintain vigilant awareness and identify critical operational situations, activating resources defined in emergency plans to meet required operational needs. Respond to accidents or incidents in accordance with established procedures. Track, analyze, and approve disconnection requests submitted to the Medium Voltage Control Center, verifying correct completion and feasibility, and preparing them for execution.
