We are seeking a detail\-oriented PMO Office professional to provide comprehensive back\-office support for our EMEA project portfolio. This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient project delivery through data management, portfolio monitoring, and strategic analysis. Key Responsibilities Data Management \& Portfolio Monitoring The successful candidate will manage project data across the EMEA portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information. This includes maintaining centralized databases, tracking project metrics, and monitoring portfolio performance against established KPIs. Dashboard Design \& Implementation Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards that provide real\-time visibility into project status, resource allocation, and key performance indicators. Portfolio Assessment \& Financial Analysis The position involves conducting comprehensive portfolio assessments, developing and tracking CAPEX plans, and performing detailed cost analysis. This includes budget variance reporting, forecasting, and identifying cost optimization opportunities across the project portfolio. Program Management \& Scheduling Support program management activities by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating cross\-functional activities, and ensuring alignment across multiple concurrent projects. Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path items to facilitate on\-time delivery. Procurement Support Provide procurement support including vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, contract administration support, and liaison activities between project teams and procurement departments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 3\-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or similar roles Proficiency in project management tools and dashboard software (MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred) Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluency in English required; additional French preferred If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
