This role will support the business through financial analysis, reporting, and research activities, working closely with the management team to drive informed decision\-making. Expected Contribution: The intern will support the business by: * Preparing presentations and management reports. * Assisting in quantitative and qualitative business research. * Providing analytical support to financial and strategic initiatives. * Key Responsibilities * Support financial processes and the use of information systems related to budgeting, forecasting, * and financial reporting. * Collaborate with the management team by providing insights, feedback, and analytical support * on business needs and initiatives. * Prepare financial analysis and trend reports, including: * Customer and product profitability * Variance and quadrant analysis * Capital expenditures (CAPEX) * Productivity and performance indicators * Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all financial and management information. Required Competencies \& Capabilities * Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including * Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections. * Hands\-on mindset, high attention to detail, and strong ownership of tasks. * Constant curiosity, proactive attitude, and strong problem\-solving skills. * Professional written and verbal communication skills. Languages: * English: High level (C1 or equivalent) – MUST * Spanish: High level or Native – MUST * Italian: a plus (not mandatory) Education * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field (required). * Master’s degree in finance or accounting / MBA (preferred). * Internship Requirements (MUST) * Ability to sign a University Internship Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas). * Availability of at least 1200 internship hours. * Internship duration: 9 months. * Start date: March or early April.
