You will join the Analytics Platforms team, ensuring the stability, evolution, and automation of key solutions for business reporting, analytics, and decision-making. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Installation, administration, maintenance, and technical support of corporate analytical platforms on-premises and in the Cloud (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik, SAS, TLM, PowerCurve, InfoSphere, Triad, Tagetik, etc.). * Incident management and resolution of issues in critical production environments. * Proactive monitoring of platforms to ensure availability, performance, and stability. * Change management and support for technological evolution projects. * Automation of operational tasks and deployments using Ansible. * Coordination with infrastructure, development, business, and vendor teams. * Access management, configuration management, and compliance with security standards. * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position. **Professional Experience** * Minimum **3 years** of experience administering analytical platforms and BI tools in corporate environments (Mandatory). * Experience in automating operational tasks and deployments, preferably using **Ansible**, or solid experience with other automation frameworks/languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or others), with the ability to adapt to Ansible (Highly desirable). * Experience in banking or highly regulated environments (Desirable). **Education** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent; or Higher Vocational Training in Information Systems or equivalent. * Additional training in automation, DevOps, or systems administration (valuable). **Languages** * Spanish (native or bilingual). * English (intermediate technical level). **Technical Skills** (Hard skills) * Administration and support of tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik, SAS (Mandatory). * Knowledge of specific platforms such as TLM, PowerCurve, InfoSphere, Triad, and Tagetik (Mandatory). * Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows Server systems (Mandatory). * Management of critical production environments and change control (Mandatory). * Advanced monitoring and troubleshooting (Mandatory). * Automation with Ansible (Highly desirable). * Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or similar) (Desirable). **Interpersonal Skills** (Soft skills) * Analytical capability and structured problem-solving. * Service orientation and operational stability focus. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * Proactivity in continuous improvement and automation. * Ability to manage pressure in critical environments. * Clear communication with technical and functional stakeholders. **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters—and we recognize it.
