Join the **Local Campaigns** team as a Project Manager and **lead the execution of local campaigns and the development of proposals for both public and private clients.** * Location: Our working model is hybrid, based in Andalusia. The role is primarily remote, requiring occasional presence at our Madrid offices (approximately once a month). * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday with flexible start and end times. **How will you add value to the team?** * Execute technical and financial project control, maintaining contact between management and the client company. * Identify and allocate necessary human resources for projects and ensure their proper management. * Coordinate tasks of technicians under your responsibility and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables according to established guidelines. * Ensure knowledge transfer, methodology, and company policy are shared, and identify basic training needs for team members. * Analyze campaign data to draw conclusions and propose new actions and improvements if necessary. * Draft tenders, reports, and technical documents, present results, and prepare cost estimates and budgets. * Design campaign methodology for implementing municipal waste collection systems. * Design data collection systems and evaluate campaign impacts. * Knowledge of different municipal waste collection systems. * Design communication strategies according to the type of implementation/campaign. * Participate in other tasks arising from project needs. **What are we looking for in you?** **University degree** in: Environmental Sciences, Biology, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education or Social Sciences, Communication or Advertising and Public Relations, Cultural or Event Management. We value **demonstrated experience** in: * Managing, training, and coordinating teams and communication/outreach projects. * Experience in economic project management. * Communicating and disseminating content related to environmental topics. * Creating outreach content/materials. * Managing information and conducting results analysis. * Writing reports. * Preparing proposals and tenders. Additional or specialized training: * Social media management, marketing, or communication. * Socio-environmental education and sensitivity toward sustainability. * Knowledge of municipal waste management or selective collection models. * Extensive experience in team management.
