We, **Gallega de Circuitos Electrónicos (GCE)**, a company specialized in printed circuit board manufacturing and part of **Televés Corporación**, are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on driving **the factory’s industrial transformation toward the aerospace market.** The objective is **to ensure that the product complies with technical specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards**, guaranteeing its suitability for IPC Class 3 requirements. This position falls within **a highly dynamic and transformative work environment.** Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (with several companies within the Corporation) are required. We seek candidates with experience in the aerospace sector or strong motivation to train and learn, possessing a practical and proactive mindset, and a methodical and rigorous working approach. We offer participation in an **ambitious advanced electronics project**, featuring significant technical challenges within a forward-looking engineering environment, serving leading clients in the aerospace and security sectors. **Responsibilities** * Conduct and/or supervise inspections of intermediate and final products: + Visual, dimensional, and functional inspection. + Use of equipment such as AOI, microscopes, measurement tools, etc. + Verification of compliance with IPC or customer specifications. * Ensure quality for intermediate and final products. Design and implement control plans and critical process points. * Manage non-conformances, including root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and follow-up on their effectiveness. * Analyze process and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate in product testing, trials, and validation. **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electronics or related fields). * Experience in high-technical-demand industrial environments operating under quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN9100, ISO 17025, GxP or equivalents), with a high level of rigor regarding compliance and standardization. * Experience in product inspection and control. * Knowledge of quality tools (8D, RCA, Six Sigma, etc.). * Proficiency in using measurement and inspection equipment.
