Coordinated teamwork and adaptability to high-demand situations We are looking for a dining room professional to join a business in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include taking orders, advising customers on the gastronomic offerings, and delivering attentive and efficient service in the dining area. Proficiency in cider pouring technique is also required, along with maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Prior experience in the hospitality sector is essential, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers. The selected candidate must be able to coordinate effectively with the rest of the team, manage high-demand situations, and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Knowledge of Asturian gastronomy and traditions will be valued, especially skill in pouring cider. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent, and immediate start. Full-time schedule with split shifts covering lunch and dinner services. Remuneration will be €18,000 gross per year.
