




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Administrative Assistant to handle accounting and administrative tasks, including customer service and office software operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office tasks and customer, supplier, and user support. 2. Use of office software for administrative and accounting management. 3. Management of delivery notes, invoices, payments, registrations, and cancellations. We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a commercial sector company located in Gijón. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Office tasks, including customer, supplier, and/or user support. * Operation of office software specific to administrative and accounting management. * Use of A3CON or CONTAPLUS. * Management of delivery notes, invoices, payments, registrations, cancellations, etc. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, split shift between 08:00 and 17:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. GM/GS in Business Administration and Management or related field.
