Our plant specializes in Engineering-to-Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, developing fully customized data centers and *power modules* using end-to-end Schneider technology: from design and technical proposal through commissioning and customer support. **What Will You Learn With Us?** Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn: * Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. * Propose Machine Learning-based solutions to optimize processes. * Conduct comparative exercises of predictive Machine Learning models such as linear regression, logistic regression, random forest, XGBoost, neural networks, etc. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical models. * Explore emerging technologies and approaches in artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. * Propose process and operational improvements based on data analysis. **Are You Who We’re Looking For?** * Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields (a relevant Master’s program preferred). * Proficiency in Python or R and knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools. * Experience working with ETLs, Machine Learning models, and outcome-oriented projects. * Participation in at least one predictive analytics project using Machine Learning models. * Interest in Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and predictive modeling. * Ability to work with multiple data sources and familiarity with collaborative environments and agile methodologies. * Strong analytical skills, curiosity, results orientation, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * **Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.** * **Ability to formalize a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution.** * **Availability to start in March.** **By Participating in Our Trainee Program, You’ll Receive:** A learning and development experience specially designed for you Paid internship (based on your agreed schedule—minimum 20 hours and maximum 30 hours per week, €700–€900/month) Ongoing tracking of your progress and learning * Flexible working hours to accommodate your studies * One personal day per month (accumulable) Possibility of remote collaboration depending on the role (up to 2 days per week) 6-month duration with potential extension or conversion to full-time employment As a company, we always guide ourselves by our corporate values: customer orientation, challenging the status quo, embracing diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
